Since everyone has different interests we offer a variety of choices for the adults such as the standard Lifeway curriculum, Prophecy, book studies, and Beth Moore. In addition to these we also have exciting classes for College, Youth and Children age groups. Browse through the options below to see which class best fits your needs.

• Senior Adults

This class is a verse by verse study of the King James Bible, one book at a time. Class participation is encouraged as well as class discussions. Come and learn more about God’s Word with us.

• Young at Heart Adults

This class is a continuing Bible study series utilizing the Lifeway curriculum along with discussion designed to increase your Bible knowledge, to build godly values, and to encourage Christ-like living.

• Adult 1

This class is made up of men and women, married and single, of all ages. We have an expository, verse by verse, in-depth study of the book of Revelation focusing on the application of God’s Word in our daily lives.

• Ladies

This class is a group of ladies who share in the struggles of trying to be godly women in today’s society. Prayer requests are reviewed and always welcomed. You are invited to come and know more deeply the God who is in our corner with our current Bible study of the book of Esther utilizing Beth Moore’s study entitled: “Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman”.

• Young Adults (grade 11 - College Age)

This class focuses on the study of Who God is in our lives and how He works in a personal way to grow us into His likeness. We are striving to prepare these college age students for the challenges to their faith that they experience.

• Youth (grades 7 - 10)

This class focuses on the study of God’s Word and how to live a God honoring life. We are currently studying the life of Daniel. We also like to study various topics and have class interaction.

• Juniors (grades 3 – 6)

This class teaches children how to apply principles from God’s Word in their daily lives. It trains them in basic disciplines that they can implement in their lives to begin growing as young Christians. Activity sheets and Scripture memorization help reinforce Bible truths.

• Primary (grades 1 – 2)

This class teaches children how to apply principles from God’s Word using Bible stories from both the Old and New Testament. Scripture memorization and Bible truths are reinforced through activity sheets and take-home papers.

• Beginners (ages 2 - 5)

Faith comes easily for young children. They are eager to learn and believe God's Word. We sing, play, learn about Jesus from God's Word and memorize Scripture. There is also a craft time and take-home papers so the parents can reinforce the day's teaching.

• Nursery

Quality childcare is provided when needed.

 

 

Morning Worship  11:00 A.M. 

At South Macon you will find the people welcoming and a conservative atmosphere. We offer a traditional style worship service with hymns, praise chorus and a children's message. The choir enjoys presenting Southern Gospel selections on a regular basis. The children ages 4-6 are given the option of attending Children's Church while Bro. Albert brings an expository message from God's Word to challenge and encourage us to live our lives in a Christ honoring manner.
